Dragonfly Summer.
Found this dragonfly resting under the nashi tree.
Ever so pretty and delicate,the dragonflies are numerous in my yard this Summer.

Ever so pretty and delicate,the dragonflies are numerous in my yard this Summer.

Dragonflys are awesome... their aerobatics are a wonder of nature. It is thought that their prehistoric cousins had wing spans of three feet!
I don't think I'd be admiring their beauty if they were still that size LOL !
They suddenly appear,dance around the garden and then they're gone.
