I've heard this story about Portland and Boston. Strange it would come down to a coin flip. It is a great town though. I would move there in a heartbeat.

The toss of a coin has decided many a great event...cricket,footy,fortunes in two-up,who gets the last pizza slice and which 6 foot tall teenager has to sleep in the bucket seat of the car during a camping trip.
